Product details

Product Details

High alumina brick is a neutral refractory with alumina content above 48%. It is formed by calcining alumina and other raw materials with high alumina content. High thermal stability, fire resistance above 1770℃. It has good slag resistance and is used for lining steel-making electric furnaces, glass melting furnaces, cement rotary furnaces, etc.

The high-alumina bricks are divided into four grades according to the aluminum content. The third-level high-aluminum bricks contain not less than 55 percent aluminum, the second-level high-aluminum bricks contain not less than 65 aluminum, and the first-level high-aluminum bricks contain not less At 75, the aluminum content of super high-alumina bricks is above 85. As for the shape of high-alumina bricks, in addition to standard high-alumina bricks, there are general-purpose high-alumina bricks, also known as special-shaped high-alumina bricks. If the shape is very irregular, it is usually called special high alumina brick.

The raw materials of high-alumina brick are formed and calcined. High thermal stability, fire resistance above 1770℃. Slag resistance is better. Used for lining steel-making electric furnaces, glass melting furnaces, cement rotary furnaces, etc. High load soft. High aluminum brick with low creep is made of super-grade alumina. Made of fused corundum and fused mullite as the main raw materials

Of advanced refractory materials. This product has a low temperature creep. Strong erosion resistance. The advantages of good thermal shock stability are suitable for large and medium-sized hot blast stoves.

Features

1. Fire resistance

The refractoriness of high-alumina bricks is higher than that of clay bricks and semi-silica bricks, reaching 1750-1790℃, which belongs to advanced refractory materials.

2. Load softening temperature

Because high Al2O3 in high-aluminum products has less impurities and less fusible glass body, the load softening temperature is higher than clay bricks, but due to mullite

The crystal does not form a network structure, so the load softening temperature is still not as high as that of the silicon brick.

2. Slag resistance

High alumina bricks have more Al2O3, which is close to neutral refractories and can resist the erosion of acid slag and alkaline slag.

The ability to resist alkaline slag is weaker than the ability to resist acid slag.

Applications

1. Iron and steel manufacturing industry: blast furnace, hot air furnace (furnace), pellet shaft furnace, ladle, ladle, tundish, heating furnace, soaking furnace, heat treatment furnace, refining furnace, heating furnace, metal stirring furnace, annealing furnace, Cupola furnace, electric arc furnace, induction furnace, AOD furnace, VOD furnace and other technical equipment.

2. Non-ferrous metal industry: smelting furnace, refining furnace, reverberatory furnace, converter.

3. Building materials industry: cement kiln, glass kiln, ceramic kiln, lime kiln, kiln car, tunnel kiln

4. Energy and incineration: coke oven, ordinary boiler, power, power generation, boiler, circulating fluidized bed boiler, electric furnace, charcoal injection furnace, garbage incinerator.

5. Other: petrochemical industrial furnace.
